Hextol Court in Hexham was apparently Hexham Nursery & Child Welfare in 1933. There is a photo from 1939 in the Abbey Gallery of a butcher’s shop named HH Telfer (look for PC136 in https://www.hexhamhistorian.org/historic-hexham/photograph-archive/photo-archive-choices/hexham-choices/churches-and-chapels-choices/abbey-gallery/).
