[G McAuley]

I’m looking for any information or connections to the McAuley family who lived in Hexham. At one point an ancestor was the landlord of the Red Lamp (in the 1911 census) and I can remember visiting Lesley and Madge McAuley when they lived on Rye Terrace. I would love to find more about the McAuley connection to Ireland.

There was also a connection with various generations of Armstrongs, with the family apparently helping bring up some of the McAuleys.
