The clue photo (on the left above or first image) is from 2019 of the S side of Hallstile Bank and the tiles on No 10 (The Albert Edward Club), between the two rows of windows, with Greek-key decorations and masonic symbols.
The second image shows the whole building from further up Hallstile Bank, although the row of tiles is not very clear.
